The training and Placement cell of the College is entrusted with the responsibility of training and guiding the students for placement in credible organization by ways of :
Conducting seminars, group discussion and mock interviews
Coordinating the effort of the various departments in arranging industrial training for the students
Acting as an information center for the students regarding job opportunities and competitive exams like GATE, GRE, CAT etc.
The training and placement cell is headed by a placement coordinator and a joint coordinator both of whom are ably supported by four members, one from each engineering department in addition to students representing all engineering association. The cell is in charge of providing the finest service to all the companies visiting the campus in their search for qualified professionals from various streams of engineering. The available amenities include a spacious test hall with a seating capacity of 120 students, OHP, TV, DVD, Video Projectors, a seminar hall for briefing and a conference hall for conducting interviews.

A counseling cell is functioning in this institution, which consists of seven faculty members and co-ordinated by a senior faculty. The aim of the cell is to identify the students having psychological, academic or personal problems and give them proper counseling. The cell conducts awareness classes by expert counselors. Other activities of the cell include conducting Yoga and meditation classes, conducting seminars and symposiums on topics like personal growth. Six students are nominated to assist the works of the counseling cell.
